Keeping and replenishment personnel documents on the current basis,

-Preparing documents that are necessary to enter into a labour relationship, change conditions of employment and other documents required by the Provisions of the Labour Code,

Conducting personal files and creating personal files, if the documentation have not been kept before,

-Informing employees about the need to renew medical examinations, training, safety, etc., due to expiry of their validity,

-Determining number of days of holidays and registering holidays,

Collecting documents related to absences of employees (holiday applications, doctor’s certificates and other documents that justify absences from work),

Reporting to the Central Statistical Office (GUS) on HR issues,

Consulting on current HR and payroll issues in Polish
